Walking into the hotel on the 2nd floor, the guests feel immediately at ease with the soft lighting and décor creating a relaxing atmosphere, with a high atrium and a large ceiling to floor indoor waterfall in the centre of the lobby, representing the symbol of this hotel. There is plenty of seating with restaurant and shops leading off from the main area. Although large, the atmosphere remains calm. There is a further lobby on the ground floor for banqueting and group guests' check in.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars, ranging from the top floor offering delicious cuisine and beverages whilst guests enjoy the skyline of metropolitan Tokyo. There is also a champagne bar on the 3rd floor offering a fabulous escape at the end of the day.

Access is easy around the city either via Tameike-Sanno station on the Ginza Line and Nanboku Line, just one minute away or Roppongi 1 chome station on the Nanboku Line, two minutes walk away. The hotel has a good link to Narita International Airport via the Airport Limousine bus which stops at the hotel. The main JR Tokyo station for the bullet train (Shinkansen) to Kyoto or Osaka, is within 15 minutes by taxi.
