Description: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged MYR 70.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included. 10 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
