All of our private rooms include air conditioning with ensuite western hot/cold shower and toilet, IDD phone, cable television, complimentary tea and coffee, bedside reading lamp and mini bar. Private room bookings also include breakfast, you have four choices of hot, cold and Thai, prepared fresh when you order between 0700 and 2300. We have three dorm rooms, one mixed fan only room with four beds and two gender specific rooms with airconditioners and ensuite bathrooms, each of these rooms have three beds apiece. Breakfast is not included in any dorm room booking price. With mountain views from the third floor, Seven Suns is located convenient to everything. We are approx. fifteen minutes from the airport, and a bit more to the bus station and railway station for day-trains or overnight sleepers to all points south. Around the corner we have the popular walking street weekend markets and the majestic Wat Prasingh and Wat Chedi Luang. Our new rooms, repainted during 2008, offer you a touch of the unusal with themes to suit your taste, Bling it on, Hello Kitty, Hats of Asia and our Double Happiness rooms name a few of the selections. Our western equipped restaurant offers a great selection all day long - choose from an extensive breakfast range to a varied selection of popular Thai, western and vegetarian choices. If you were up late the night before, we serve breakfast all day. Our English speaking staff are on hand 24 hours a day. Valuables can be stored in the reception safe if required. Home comfort on a very reasonable budget We are located within the old city walls of historic Chiang Mai within walking distance to restaurants, bars, the old city moat and the renowned Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, a shopper's delight. Just 10mins walk will take you to the 700 year old moat around the old city, amazing walls and gates and a peaceful and very pretty park. A few minutes by Tuk Tuk will get you to modern shopping malls, cinema's, ice skating, bowling, theatres and temples. We are licensed with TAT and can help you with any and all of your touring needs - we operate our premises with a recognition for the environment, recycling where possible and your stay is facilitated by our incorporated Feng Shui symbolism. We can also help you get a little further our of Chiang Mai where you can visit the highest point in Thailand - Doi Inthanon, the mighty Meakong River, the Golden Triangle (the amazing conjunction between the northern-most point of Thailand, Laos, Burma and just 10kms away is China). For explorers and visitors interested, there is also the Bridge over the River Kwai and the memorials to all those who gave their lives building the railway and bridge. For those able to tear themselves away from this Rose of the North City, Chiang Mai international airport can whisk you off on direct flights to Burma, Laos, Malaysia, China's Kunming, or Singapore, and we can assist with travel bookings through reputable travel operators.
